Spring Creek Highlands provides quality beef raised in a humane environment. The meat is fine grained and is naturally low in fat and cholesterol. It is disease free and raised on good pasture and hat. The only supplements they receive are minerals and salt and small amounts of grain now and then for treats and training. No hormones or steroids.
Our beef is sold in quarters, halves and whole.

- Quarters - ̃140 lbs. hanging weight - consisting of one half divided in to equal portions
- Halves - ̃260 lbs. hanging weight
- Whole - ̃510 lbs. hanging weight
Your meat is cut and wrapped according to your specifications, then flash frozen. You have the opportunity to talk to the butcher, Lynden Meat Co., to give cutting instructions once the animal has been slaughtered and is in the aging process. They will help you to make your choices based on your preferences, (i.e. weight of your roasts, how thick to cut the steaks, how many lbs. in a hamburger package, etc.).

- 3 to 4 lb. roasts
- 1" thick steaks two per package (Rib Steak, T-bone, Sirloin, Tenderloin, Swiss, Top Round, etc.)

Quarters require a $100 deposit, halves require a $150 deposit, whole requires a $200 deposit (for new customers only). The remaining costs must be paid prior to beef pickup.
